DVA Webclaim – Claim Online from 1 July 2014

From 1 July 2014, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Dental, allied health and medical claims can be lodged using a new web based claiming channel called DVA Webclaim. DVA Webclaim is a no cost service designed primarily to assist allied health providers who only have a small number of DVA clients.DVA Webclaim will provide efficiencies to these providers by removing the need for posting manual claim forms. This will remove postage costs and delays from the manual claiming process. DVA Webclaim allows dental, allied health and medical claims (hospital and community nursing claims are not able to be lodged through this channel) and will provide instant responses to most claims. You can also access online payment statements for processed claims. DVA Webclaim will be available on the Department of Human Services’ (DHS) Health Professional Online Services (HPOS) portal.
